Minutes of the Extra-Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held on

1. Apologies for absence

2. Purchase and transfer of land to the North of the Recreation Ground financial expenditure

The Clerk's report[1] updating the Parish Council on the situation since the last meeting and outlining the risk, budget, covenant and planning implications was considered.

On a proposition by Dr Roscoe, seconded by Mr Rowlands it was agreed that the Parish Council proceed with the purchase and that the increased vendors' costs, now in total £3500 + £95 (net) and £5250 (net) be paid. The Parish Council also resolved to delegate to the Chairman and Clerk the power to meet any further reasonable increased fees necessary to complete this purchase without delay.

Closure of meeting

There was no further business and the meeting closed at 8.45 pm.
