Mini-Kickers

This is part of a series of football related young people's activities organised by Cambridge United Football Club

Cambridge United's Youth Development run Mini Kickers sessions on the 3G Astro turf at Comberton Village College every Saturday morning between 10am and 11am, during term times for boys and girls aged between 4 and 6 years of age

They are keen for all children, who would like to get involved in the game, to come along and join in with these fun, story based sessions to learn some skills and improve their technical abilities and get some fresh air and exercise as well.

• Open to boys and girls aged 4 to 6 years of all abilities
• Sessions consist of fun story based games and develop the technical ability of each Mini Kicker
• Older promising players are given the opportunity to push forward with their development within the CUFC Youth Development Scheme. A scheme that consists of 22Development Centres across Mid-Anglia for ages 6 to 12 year olds.
• Starting Saturday 5th September 2009 and finishing Saturday 12th December 2009 (15 sessions).

You will need:

• To dress appropriately for the weather conditions
• Correct footwear for playing surface
• Shin Pads
• Plenty to drink (not fizzy)

Cost:

• Either one payment of £50 covering all 15 sessions giving a £10 saving
• Or two payments of £30, one due at time of booking the other due 17 October (post dated cheque with booking
• All payments must sent to the office to avoid coaches handling monies.
